WWE Supershow House Show Results

Evan Bourne def. Chavo Guerrero -- Good back-and-forth match where I really didn't know who would come away victorious. Bourne delivered an amazing shooting star press to win the match, at the end Bam Neely came in and chased him out of the ring and attended to Chavo.
Winner-Takes-All Match:Santino (C) & Beth Phoenix (C) def. Kelly Kelly & Kofi Kingston -- Intercontinental and Womens titles both on the line in this one. Santino said some junk before the match, but I couldn't really understand it since there was a lot of noise around me. The pleasures of having seats five rows back from the ring. Pretty good match, ended with Kofi going for a suplex inside of the ring to Santino, and Beth Phoenix holding his feet down, allowing Santino to get the pin.
Primo Colon def. William Regal -- Nice to see Regal again, I've always enjoyed his style. Not an amazing match, lots of knees from Regal, Primo comes away with this one after what I believe was a roll-up, but I can't recall. Regal looked distraught after the match.
United States Title triple-threat elimination match:Shelton Benjamin (C) def. Carlito and R. Truth -- R. Truth came out first, shouted "What's Up" a few times and was followed by Carlito and The Gold Standard. Carlito's sporting dreads now, I see, kind of made me think of the pirates of the Carribbean for some reason. Carlito was eliminated first in the match, then he did his finisher on R. Truth (lots of TNA chants for him, by the way), and left the ring. The match continued for about ten minutes and Shelton ended up winning after what I am to understand is called the "PayDirt". Tony Chimel comes out and tells us it's intermission time, so I take the opportunity to grab myself a CM Punk shirt. Much to my shagrin, he was not there tonight. Much to my brother's dismay, neither was Jeff Hardy. Oh, well.
WWE Tag Team Championship match:Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase (C) def. Cryme Tyme -- The line at the merchandise and concession stands were incredibly long, but from what I can piece together, the champs retained.
ECW World Title match:Mark Henry (C) def. Matt Hardy -- Earlier in the night, Chimel told us to text what kind of stipulation we wanted in this match, apparently the fans chose a 'no disqualification match'. Much to Mark Henry's disliking, Tony Atlas was told that if he laid a hand on Hardy, the World's Strongest Man would lose the belt. Got some nifty shots of the action and it was actually a pretty good match in my opinion, the crowd was really into it. The finish involved Atlas, which I was kind of confused about since he was told he couldn't interfere, when he rolled into the ring and yanked a chair away from Matt Hardy before he could smack Mark Henry in the head, Hardy disposes of Atlas, Henry gives Hardy the World's Strongest Slam, and that's that.
Main Event:Six Man tag team match:Triple H, Big Show, & Rey Mysterio def. Great Khali, MVP, & Kane -- I was kind of surprised that this was the main event, but at the same time, six high-profile wrestlers is bound to be something along those lines. Anyway, the match was pretty decent. MVP got a lot of jeers. Match went on for about 15-20 minutes, Rey Mysterio was in the ring most of the time, getting thrown all over the place as usual. Towards the end of the match, he hit a 619 on MVP, and maybe inadvertantly, the Great Khali (in the groin). Trips hits the Pedigree on Khali (very sloppy, but hey, what can you do), gets the pin, everyone waves, hand out high-fives, sign autographs, and leaves.

* Sid Vicious confirmed the rumors of him coming back to the WWE.
